1. Information We Collect

When we or our third-party partners provide services, we may collect, store, and use the following information related to you. If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user or enjoy certain services we provide, or achieve the intended effects of the relevant services.

• Local Storage Permission, based on additional services for reading and writing external storage cards: You can use this function to upload your photos/images after enabling local storage permission to achieve functions such as modifying user avatars.
• Camera Permission, based on local camera services: You can use this function to take photos and upload your photos/images after enabling camera permission to achieve functions such as modifying user avatars.
• Bluetooth Permission, when using the RFID function, you can enable Bluetooth permission to connect to the RFID reader device and read RFID tags.
• Location Information, refers to information about your location collected when you enable device positioning functions and use our location-based related services, including:
  • Your geographical location information collected through GPS or WiFi when you use our services through mobile devices with positioning functions;
  • You can stop the collection of your geographical location information by turning off the positioning function.
• Accelerometer sensor, during registration/login, the background page relies on accelerometer sensors to achieve animation effects.
• Phone Number, registration/login: When you register or log in to our products and/or services, to help you complete the registration/login process smoothly, you need to provide us with your phone number and mobile login password information. Collecting phone number information is to meet the network real-name system requirements of relevant laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide your phone number for verification, it will result in registration/login failure.

2. Information Storage

2.1 Methods and Duration of Information Storage

• We will store your information through secure methods, including local storage (such as data caching using the APP), databases, and server logs.
• Generally, we will only store your personal information for the time necessary to achieve service purposes or under conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

2.2 Geographic Location of Information Storage

• We will store user personal information collected domestically within China in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Currently, we will not cross-border transmit or store your personal information. If cross-border transmission or storage is needed in the future, we will inform you of the purpose of information export, recipients, security guarantee measures and security risks, and obtain your consent.

5. Account Cancellation

You can cancel your ProofX account through the path "ProofX-My-Account Cancellation".

After you cancel your ProofX account, we will stop providing certain functions and services of ProofX to you, and process your personal information in an anonymized manner or delete the personal information related to your account in accordance with the relevant requirements of laws and regulations, except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities regarding the storage time of user information.

6. Information Sharing

Currently, we will not actively share or transfer your personal information to third parties. If there are other situations where we need to share or transfer your personal information, or if you need us to share or transfer your personal information to third parties, we will directly or confirm that the third party obtains your express consent for the above actions.
